Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 3

Students recently took part in the City and Guilds ILM Level 3 management course at Gordon's School. This challenging leadership course is designed to equip students with the skills needed to lead students in their respective school, make change for the future and develop areas linked to their specific roles in the team. This is a great example of the Arete Partnership giving its students the opportunities to collaborate with other schools and students and share good practice to develop them for the future. Students will now put their plans and ideas into place to support them in completing their essays for the course. Thank you to Gordon's for hosting this wonderful event!
